1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "luna33," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the luna33 online gaming platform operating at https://luna33.cam and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for and uses luna33 services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player to access luna33 services.
• "Services" refers to all online gaming, sports betting, casino games, and related entertainment offerings provided by luna33.
• "Platform" refers to the luna33 website, mobile applications, and all associated software and interfaces.
• "Funds" refers to real money deposited by Players into their Accounts, including any bonus funds credited by luna33.

• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions, including all incorporated policies and guidelines.

2. Agreement and Acceptance

By registering an Account with luna33, accessing our Platform, depositing Funds, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using luna33 Services and close your Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and luna33. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the luna33 Platform. Your continued use of our Services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use luna33 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. luna33 strictly enforces age verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through government-issued identification documents such as KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indonesian law. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing luna33 Services. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your location is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account Policy: You are permitted to hold only one Account with luna33. Opening multiple Accounts, using someone else's Account, or allowing others to use your Account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Funds or winnings.
• Self-Exclusion Compliance: You must not be currently self-excluded from luna33 or any other online gaming platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you may not create a new Account until the self-exclusion period has fully expired.
• Good Standing: You must not have any previous Account with luna33 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other violation of our policies.

By registering for a luna33 Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. luna33 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your Account if you are found not to meet these requirements or if you have provided false or misleading information during registration.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create a luna33 Account, you must complete our online registration form by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred username. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

luna33 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory compliance and security protocols, we implement mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures. You may be required to submit the following documents for identity verification:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your government-issued photo identification such as KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (issued within the last three months) showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your identification document and a handwritten note displaying the current date and "luna33" to confirm the authenticity of submitted documents.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation verifying ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals, such as a bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details.

luna33 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, source of funds, or compliance with applicable regulations. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account restrictions, including temporary suspension of deposit and withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions or two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, and you must notify luna33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. luna33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if such use occurred due to your failure to maintain adequate security precautions.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Deposits

luna33 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major local banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; and popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or reversed. Funds deposited into your luna33 Account are held securely in segregated accounts and are available for immediate use in placing Wagers on any of our gaming or sports betting Services.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative verified payment account registered in your name.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-30 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or during Indonesian public holidays may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours. VIP tier members (Silver and Gold) receive priority withdrawal processing with expedited timeframes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). luna33 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond our control. luna33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals that trigger our anti-money laundering monitoring thresholds.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

luna33 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used for money transmission or laundering purposes. Suspicious transaction patterns, including but not limited to frequent deposits and immediate withdrawals without wagering activity, may trigger enhanced due diligence reviews and temporary Account restrictions pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

luna33 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus rules include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) which must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 3x to 20x the bonus amount depending on the specific promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain other games may contribute at reduced rates or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's terms.

• Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantages

• Engaging in arbitrage betting or syndicate play across multiple platforms
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Providing false information or fraudulent documentation
• Depositing funds from stolen or fraudulently obtained payment sources
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and winnings, and potential legal action. luna33 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUNA33 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF LUNA33 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

luna33's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you into your Account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luna33 is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or failures of telecommunications networks, internet connectivity, payment processing systems, or third-party service providers. We are not liable for any losses resulting from force majeure events, government actions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, images, and other materials available on the luna33 Platform are the exclusive property of luna33 or our licensed content providers and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use luna33 Services for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, or materials obtained from luna33 without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of luna33 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting luna33 customer support and requesting Account closure. Upon closure, any remaining Funds in your Account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and compliance with these Terms.

luna33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of responsible gaming policies, or at our sole discretion. In the event of Account termination by luna33, we will return your deposited Funds (excluding any bonus funds or winnings obtained through breach of Terms) to your verified payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to luna33.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luna33 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of luna33 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations with luna33 customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and luna33 regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by luna33 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by luna33 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your Account or any rights or obligations under these Terms without luna33's prior written consent. luna33 may assign or transfer these Terms, your Account, or our rights and obligations hereunder to any third party at our sole discretion.
